Is the Internet A Useful Tool For High School Students?
The Internet is a useful tool for high school students because it helps gather information quickly and conveniently. A couple of reasons why is that the Internet is an easily accessible source, and it is much faster. The Internet can be used almost anywhere. There are many credible sources that deal with different topics and interests for all of your academic needs. It’s used daily in schools as a convenient way of getting facts and quick help. It’s quicker to look words up on google than to use a dictionary. The internet can be used for many reasons helping those who find things difficult and simplify them. The internet allows information to be widely accessed and available for all. High school students have a great accessibility to the internet through things like smartphones, laptops, computers and tablets.
The Internet is a lot easier because all of the information needed can be gathered on just a few sites on the Internet, instead of having to read stacks of books just to get half of what you got on the few sites. There’s more search tactics on the Internet, and one thing that can be very useful is that the Internet is more specific. You can look for a specific thing in greater detail. The Internet has more sources and high school students have a higher priority if the Internet is used as a useful tool. The Internet can be more convenient for the students because it can be used in many places; at home, in school, at work, etc. It’s faster than just going to the library and having to search for books. There are things on the internet like online textbooks where the student wouldnt need to bring their textbook home and would still be doing the work assigned. This allows students to work on the questions without the need of the physical textbook.
Students and teachers can access unlimited amounts of information to widen their knowledge and understanding. The internet contains a wide variety to choose from including learning a new language, where to buy things, best restaurants, etc. High school students are too lazy to go the library and search for a book on a topic. They would rather pick the quick and efficient way and search for it on google. The internet is a very resourceful and useful tool for high school students because they can get the specific answer they want quickly. With the internet, students can access information from any computer with internet access, transfer data and use a large variety of online resources that are in more depth than high school text books. With a student being able to access web sites and online resources at their own discretion, research for projects can be done at a students own pace. Now that research can be done at home and both school a student can go into more depth with their work, due to more time of research.

Acceptable and Ergonomic Use of Computers
What is Ergonomics
The word "Ergonomics" comes from two Greek words "ergon," meaning work, and "nomos" meaning "laws." Today, however, the word is used to describe the science of "designing the job to fit the worker, not forcing the worker to fit the job." Ergonomics covers all aspects of a job, from the physical stresses it places on joints, muscles, nerves, tendons, bones and the like, to environmental factors which can affect hearing, vision, and general comfort and health.
What is RSI
Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) are "injuries to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems that may be caused by repetitive tasks, forceful exertions, vibrations, mechanical compression, or sustained or awkward positions".RSIs are also known as cumulative trauma disorders, repetitive stress injuries, repetitive motion injuries or disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and occupational or sports overuse syndromes.
